Week18 & 19....
The most exciting part of these weeks is how much the baby is moving. I am feeling him move a lot more. Gene even got to feel a kick. He said it was very light but he felt it, his eyes got really big. I love that he is so excited about the baby.
There are some downsides...the kid has found my bladder and kicks it occasionally. That is not very comfortable. This morning I woke up at 4 cause I couldn't breathe thru my nose....then couldn't fall back asleep because baby was somersaulting. I ended up going downstairs to read for a bit, then slept in our big chair in the bedroom since reclining made it easier to breathe thru my nose.
We went this weekend and built up our baby registry, that was fun and really easy. We just seem to click on our thoughts for what we need. I do want to go back as they had some maternity clothes and I'd like to get another skirt or two.
Last weekend Gene got a bad cold, I have it this weekend. It is really kicking my butt today. I am very tired and my sinuses are fully. Can't seem to get them clear. I hope to feel better tomorrow. I took one nap,this afternoon, could go for another but want to be able to sleep tonite.
Our next appointment is the 15th. We get a level 2 ultrasound which means a detail scan of how baby is growing and developing. Very excited.
