wow, where has time gone? Weeks 34/35
So I feel as those I'm as big as a house and can't possibly get any bigger, but then I do. It is so hard to get up off the couch, get out of bed, or even roll over. I get very winded going up and down the stairs. Who knew it would wear me out wrapping gifts. My poor family , I used packing tape on some of their gifts than instead of regular tape cause it was handy.
So things that have been happening....heartburn every night, with acid reflux- fun! I snore like a truck driver when I sleep. Gene says usually within 5 min of laying down i'm sawing logs. I don't even know I'm snoring. I do wake myself up when it's the big snore noise. At night I go to the bathroom almost hourly. I waddle too. I have been having BH contractions, most are not painful. I do get these whammo ones that are sharp and quick, but not many recently. I have to walk slow. Bending over is hard too, putting on my socks is a challenge.
We had a very nice Christmas. We decided to do a family gift of a digital camera so we can take great pictures of the baby once he's here. There are so many buttons and gadgets that I don't know will ever learn them all.
We shall see when this little guy is going to arrive. I am ready any time, so is Gene. Granted we want our boy to cook as long as he needs to tho, better to have lungs that are ready, than need to be in the NICU for care.
I have most of the stuff ready for him. I need to put a few things in the hospital bag. I can't fully pack it yet as I have only so many pairs of pants/shirts to wear and some of my daily bathroom stuff has to be added too. I am hoping to work from home starting Jan 12th, then work until this kid pops out. While I would love to start my leave sooner, that limits the time I can spend with the baby.
